Shipping Coverage

APEX Jordan currently provides shipping within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan only.

All orders are processed and dispatched locally to ensure efficient delivery and product handling.

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours from order confirmation.

Deliveries are carried out during official business days, Sunday through Thursday.

For certain areas outside Amman, delivery time may vary slightly depending on location and courier scheduling. Customers will be contacted if any clarification or scheduling adjustment is required.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, or courier operational delays.

Shipping Fees

A flat shipping fee of 3 JOD applies to all orders within Jordan.

Free shipping is provided for orders exceeding 50 JOD.

Shipping charges, when applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Order Confirmation & Communication

After placing an order, customers will receive confirmation and may be contacted to verify delivery details when necessary.

Our team ensures that all APEX products are properly packaged to maintain product integrity during transit.

Damaged Items Policy

APEX Jordan maintains a strict quality control process to ensure all APEX products are delivered in proper condition.

Returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged at the time of delivery.

If a customer receives a damaged product:

  • The issue must be reported immediately upon delivery or within 24 hours.

  • Clear photographic evidence of the damaged item and packaging must be provided.

  • The product must remain unused and in its original condition.

Once verified, APEX Jordan will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for reasons including:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection by the customer

  • Opened or used products

  • Minor packaging wear that does not affect product functionality

We encourage customers to review product specifications carefully before completing their purchase.
